Pullets laying few short weeks - 2 bleeding?

I received 6 ready to lay on Sept 9th, all now laying. 2 are showing fresh blood around their vents.

What's up, how do I proceed?

Thank you.
Add photos.. Of the birds and your set up.. bloody vents is often caused by pecking/boredom.

Coccidiosis doesn't usually leave vents bloody even when pure blood is being pooped out.

It is not uncommon though for new layers to have too large of eggs and leave a little blood behind on the egg from vessels rupturing as it passes.

I have seen pecking but random not aggressive.

Eggs are small for ISAs; laying 2-3 weeks only.

Dull day here, pictures not great.

Were they in the cage together?
The fresh blood is an attractant, they may have picked at (cannibalized) each other or if you have a rat problem, that's a possibility.

When you inspected the bodies, was there damage to the vents?

Six birds in a small cage for 30 days isolation, four appear healthy but have not done close inspection.

No rats present in my local area. Cage is on legs 3' high, rebuilt 5 weeks ago with new HC, reinforcing 2 x 4s, solid plywood floor. Only way in is to remove one end that is held by screws.

@Wyorp Rock Always learning new things to watch for and how to react. I will look more closely at the carcasses this morning and report back. Thank you.

@Wyorp Rock to me looks like two different causes? Is the Pic with egg what is referred to as "egg bound"?
