Red and White Fabric Strip Swap--Sign-up Deadline January 15th.

Actually I'd like goth... Could do a halloween throw, or a quilt for that niece that only wears black....

I have some quilter's gold fabrege eggs that's discontinued. Or easter pastels/floral.

I'm actually working on a pink "goth" quilt for a niece of mine for her birthday. Skulls with pink ribbon bows. It's gonna be cute when it's done.

I was thinking Eastery/Spring colors as well. Doesn't neccessary need to be rabbit, eggs, and jelly beans, but pastels, tiny rose prints(I have a beautiful tiny yellow roses with a touch of green on white)

Come one ya'll what ideas do you have?

PS I'd like to do a Halloween quilt too. I think that's the only one I haven't made for my ma.

Come halloween I'll grab some sugar skulls print so I can do a day of the dead quilt for my sis (black on black is her color thing).

Personally, I'd like a goth or darker themed swap as well, but, Saddina, I think we're in the minority! What about batiks? I like those, too. I could probably do a pastel swap, as even though they aren't much my style, I could use them in the Project Linus quilts. But I'm not personally much for an Easter theme. Do you all like some of the trendy colorways, like pink and brown, or light blue and brown?

Saddina - I have the sugar skulls fabric, too... love it!

I have some halloween fabric, but not enough of any one piece to swap strips.
how about a goth or halloween block swap every month for a few months, only those who want to do them obviously will join so it will more than likely be a small group. It would be neat to do a whole quilt with this theme though.
and right now is a good time to get some more fabric on clearance at JoAnn's.

Good Monday morning. I had to throw in the "good" trying to convince myself I'm ready for the new week. The weekend passed me by as I was down with a stomach virus.

Coyote Magic let me sneak in on the swap last week. I'm glad to be back into the swaps a bit after a long break. I missed visiting with all of you.

CoyoteMagic, I sure hope you are feeling better now. You take care of yourself.

I would be very interested in other fabric swaps. Those are the only swaps I can do right now as I'm working on a couple of quilting projects. Anyway, I love getting new fabric in the mail.
