Red Kote vs Blue Kote

What exactly is the difference between Red Kote and Blue Kote?

I've never heard of red kote, but I wouldn't use it on a chicken if it's red colored. The color red is like putting a sign to "peck here" to a chicken.

Thanks, I wasn't sure since I have some RIR's if they would need Red Kote

THe color. Like Katy said, use the Blue or they will pick at it.

Not.that it is related but they seem to like pine tar too. Was told they didn't. Used it to stop picking on a bird and it seemed to draw them to that bird. Had to relocate bird till it got its feathers back.
