Her name was Bella and she wasn't wanting to be held like most lizards. She was from a family with lots of children and toddlers, they tried to hold her when the parents weren't looking, and ended up dropping her a lot. So her beard always turned black when we tried to hold her. When a bearded dragon's beard turns black that means that it's angry and doesn't like what your doing.
We were interested from day one, the family she had before named her "creeper" cus they thought she was a boy. We loved her lots, but she soon passed by I think age. She is still very loved in our hearts.

Awww she sounds cute!!!
 
I want to get a snake so bad.
I regularly visit a few places that have reptiles though.
This is from just yesterday. The boa constrictor was so sweet. He was wiggly with everyone else at first but as soon as I took him he settled down in my arms.

Though after a while he decided to check out my backpack and got all tangled in it. He did this twice
