What? She is a Leghorn?? I thought Leghorn was a breed I had learned to recognize because of @BY Bob's Greatest Hen Ever. They are white with big floppy combs and sort of lanky bodies.
Your Hen-Rietta is beautiful but looks more like one of my Legbars.
I am 100% sure you know what you are talking about, which means I haven't actually learned any chicken breeds after all!

It's all good, RC. leghorns come in a variety of different colours. I think we are all learning all the time. :hugs

Leghorns are such amazing chickens that they come in many colors. White, like my Daisy, the greatest hen ever, Brown like @featherhead007 Hen-Rietta (browns can be either dark or light brown), and other colors include, Buff, Black, Silver, Red, Lavender, Black Tailed Red, and Columbian. While they typically have large floppy combs they also can have rose combs.
