Ribh's D'Coopage

Find a teenager! Apparently, they now teach coding in schools (and here I thought typing and spreadsheets were awful). They usually can’t explain what they are doing, but they are also great for fixing your phone and such.

YD deals with all my phone issues but the lad I asked about DHs snazzy new tv that hooks up to the internet & you tube & such ~ no idea! So it sits there, all black & shiny & useless. Even the technician had no idea.

What??? You mean all of your country isn’t a tropical paradise? Or a desert wasteland? Because all of Canada is snow covered Tundra with igloos everywhere ;)

:lau I always think *mountains* when I think Canada. I forget you have tundra too. :) Which is weird because everyone I know who lives there lives on islands!:gig

It's here!!!!:D

Cats just *know* when someone is either highly allergic or doesn’t like cats! Then that person is their bestest friend ever... and here let me leave all this fur on your clothes to fondly remember me by! :lau

Congrats on the stone... I love the trucks with the cranes on board we had one for the second load of house pieces and my doesn’t it make unloading a dream! I agree with you mostly on the grass thing, but I do like to have a little patch of nice thick lush lawn to walk barefoot in. It reminds me of growing up and happy times at my grandparents house :) but just a little of it. I kept a 10x20’ half moon shaped section of lawn at our last house in the yard for that, most of the sod we actually put in just for selling the house (we took out all but two of the raised veggie beds) we didn’t realize how quickly it would sell and I wasn’t willing to sacrifice all my veggies Incase it took a long time.

They do! And Marlow is chronic about having the warmest, most comfortable spot in the house! And that rug is! I had to use baby wool because of the girl's allergies [hence the funny colours  ] & it is incredibly soft & warm.

I agree with you mostly on the grass thing
There are uses for grass;)...livestock for one & parklands but great swathes of it in urban backyards? Nope. Way too much work for far too little return in areas that could be better utilised for gardens ~ or chookies! I am eyeing off the paddock opposite for some free range time for my girls if I can ever find some time to supervise them...:hmm It has grass...:lau
