Hmmmm....I'm not sure I'd start there. He also did Rime of the Ancient Mariner ~ which goes on forever! One if the things I would like to do more of when I retire (in NINE days time!) is read more poetry.
Maybe I should start with Coleridge.
Ohhhh a forgiveness allegory.Oh dear. You really didn’t have a theological upbringing!
Neither did I, so I will be going way out over my skis here and say that it is all about showing the unconditional love that the father has for the son and by analogy I assume God has for mankind. Something like that.
No, it's the other way. By the time you retire, Australia has moved on to the next day.The time difference will confuse me. Do I retire a day earlier in Australia? I think I do!
Oh I loved the Ancient Mariner. We studied it at school I think. I used to remember great chunks of it. The only thing that comes to mind now is the imagery of the becalmed ship something about a painted ship upon a painted ocean.Hmmmm....I'm not sure I'd start there. He also did Rime of the Ancient Mariner ~ which goes on forever!Do you prefer classical or modern poetry?
Oh don’t take my word for it. I was brought up sort of ‘anti-religion’ so I am not a reliable witness on this one!Ohhhh a forgiveness allegory.
I think I like the Australian version better. No, it's the other way. By the time you retire, Australia has moved on to the next day.
Unless you were in Australia, when yes, you'd be a day earlier than new jersey you.
Eight claps then. You've had your first.I think I like the Australian version better.
