Rude Feedstore Employee! Update!

I cant believe you had to carry your feed. Our feed store wouldnt even dream of us picking up the feed bags.

that is rude, and I would let them know that you're driving the extra 6 miles for better service. I think most people have said the term "knock up" but how crude to say it in public and in a work setting! I kinda wish you'd at least stubbed a toe ( not to be mean) but --- you know, it would be nice to OWN a feed store!!! I hate rude people!

Anyway, this feed store employee clearly needs to be fired. She gives everyone in retail/customer service a bad name. I try so hard to be nice, and then other people make us all look bad!

Ok the first incident I chalked up to her being stressed about her son's situation, but the second one is just inexcusable. Her boss definately needs to know as soon as possible about this. Personally I'd try to find a time when both her and her boss were at the store and speak to him in front of her.
