Sapphire Gem Rooster?

I was told this was a sapphire gem pullet by the lady I got the hatching eggs from but I have my doubts. Attitude, size, and comb all have me questioning even the breed(comb made me think it could be mixed with an Easter egger).

I've never raised Sapphire gems before so I was hoping to get some opinions. My boyfriend has found a new love for chickens and this one specifically . I've been saying since it popped outta the egg, THAT'S A ROOSTER. Thanks in advance

They're not sapphire gems then. You can't breed two of those together to get more

I find that if I think it’s a cockerel as soon as it hatches, it usually is!

He might be half sapphire gem. The other half is something with a pea comb.
