Thank you! Researching that seems mostly in chicks. She was 2 years old. At this point I'm leaning towards @Meg-in-MT suggestion about EYP. She was the smallest of the flock but regularly laid big eggs. She was egg bound twice before (that we know of) with good outcomes both times. Rant: Tractor Supply told me they didn't have penicillin the night I needed it. I'm pretty sure the other one had crop issues based on the lump in her crop we couldn't break up and the smell. The coincidence is that these 2 hens hung out together. I appreciate your input.
With all the help I received here, I'm building a kit for the future. Hopefully it just collects dust!
