Yup 1 bag should be plenty. I just get something like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Jiffy-12-Qt-Organic-Seed-Starting-Mix-G312/204405556 for seed starting, and if using very small starter pods/cups one bag should be enough to fill over 100 of the little cups.
