Hope the other eggs hatch I have 8 left. Normally they all hatch close to the sametime. Whats left isn't pipped yet so who knows

They all were looking good when I candled last at lockdown. My temp humidity have been perfect and the ones that hatched had no trouble. Really hope I get more silkies hatching because those are the shipped ones.

She did good, and now I have 4 little fuzzy butts to watch grow. I had to bring her and the chicks inside plus the eggs that are due tonite or tomorrow because I have such a fly problem right because of the weather. She did not miss a beat with me bringing her in, she went right back to it. 3 black chicks and one yellow/black (may actually turn out to be white when it dries completly). They all have 5 toes (like their silkie daddy) except one that only has 4 toes.

I got home and there are 2 zipping! These 6 eggs survived out of 38 originally set and killed by my LG bator which I now call the "murder-bator". Stupid temperature fluctuated up to 108 overnight about a week ago. These 6 were alive and moving when I locked 'em down Sunday. The 2 zipping now are Dominiques. It's curious how the older breeds made it through the temp change and the others didn't.
