Keeping my fingers crossed for you! So exciting to get those eggs in the mail... I am sure my mailman is scared I am going to pounce him when I'm expecting them to be deliveredI will probly be the last one to finish this hatch... my eggs were just shipped today!I hope its ok...
I leave mine in the carton, not straight up, but tilted with the large end up. Then I have been just *rolling* them in place by hand. I remember reading why the odd number thing, but I am not sure it matters... Hens can't count by odds and evensHello Obsession.I can't leave my plan alone. So after doing more reading I think I need to start turning my eggs. Now I can't decide if I should take them out of the carton and lay them on their side or leave them in the carton and just start tilting it 3 or 5 times a day. Why does it have to be an odd number?![]()
Ahhhhhh yeah.... that was it! Makes sense when you think about itThe odd number is for when you sleep at night. It's so the egg doesn't spend every on one side more than the other
