When I'm not happy with air cell size (too small) I will run dry until internal pip, and hatch upright in egg cartons.You can run dry for an extra 24 hours if air cells have not grown much since day 14. I've had good luck doing this!

Thanks!!!! I didn't know it was a double. It was a duck egg the size of a chicken egg. So I didn't know. And plus I thought duck eggs were normally larger.

Heavy breed ducks are larger, but the medium and lightweight breeds are similar size or even smaller than chicken eggs...
