Should I be worried about this small nose injury? Or just let it be.

My Turkey called Taco has some blood on the bridge of their nose, it doesn’t look big or anything I’m just worried about infection or maybe one of the chicks will pick at it, I can’t exactly watch and see if any of the chicks will pick at it because taco will just want out if I even look at her, should I put anything on her injury or just let it be? Sorry for the quality, it’s hard to get a picture of her since she’s constantly moving and not staying still..

It doesn’t look serious. I would watch her and make sure that she can eat and drink okay. If you have Betadine, you could put a dab over the area and let it dry. A tiny bit of Hibiclens or Neosporin would work as well. Just don’t use too much which might cause more pecks.

Not worried about it much but now I have 2 more chicks with the same nose injury, do you think that maybe since the chicks are flying around that they are bonking into the walls and injuring their nose? It’s all just minor and doesn’t look like a big deal, do you think they are getting to old / big for their container? I’m going on vacation and we are dealing with a heat wave so I can’t put them out yet for like 6 days, it’s pretty much the same injury that was on my Turkey.
