Good feeds, especially the one on the right, I would definitely feed it if I could get it. I'm not a big fan of purina but this looks ok if you mix some good stuff with it.

Purina lay pellets and their starters have to much powder. Since I have been feeding Big V maintenance I tried their starter a couple years ago and I've been very happy.

I bred him. Not a true yellow leg hatch. He is a mix of several breeds (crosses over crosses). I dont really preserve known "pure" breeds, but select my broodfowl based on traits and performance... in an attempt to experiment, learn and create something new/unique/better. I do my best to select best of the best, but I am still learning.

He is combo of Hatch/Grey, Spanish, Sweater and some Leiper... Mostly hatch.

Ya The Gallo Colorado is made by a local company, and I dont know that they ship far.

I noticed the powder also when I get to the bottom of the purina bag... I also noticed that smell when I opened it (like yeast type of smell).

Switched from the Rambo poultry conditioner to the big v gamecock conditioner gonna see if it work better for me

Here after I get this other gone ima switch to what havoc uses because if it ain't pellets I ain't using it. Unless it's for young young birds.

If my southern states don't carry it or something close I'll just go back to nutrena.
