Say lmljsl you don't think schedule 40 PVC would be stronger than hula hoop? It's cheap enough. 3" round should be an 8' piece

I thought about the conduit, pvc, black water line, and even making a jig to bend metal conduit. I keep coming back to the hula hoops for a buck a piece and they are already round. I am taking it as a personal challenge to build something cheap and simple but yet hold up to coons.

I bought it after I already paid for the roofing. The rack was outside and the guy was lowering the price.. I talked him down from $30 to 20$
