I have pics of the new babies and Thor hiding under the porch. hahahaha He just plowed over the lattice so they can get under my front porch.

Little cochin accidentially met Thor and Severus today...it did not go well. Thor just cocked his head and looked at her sitting in my lap, I told him to be a good boy and he stared at her and walked away...Severus came over and I have to take the back of my hand and shove him away, he came back so I shoved him away again...he flared his hackled and leapt over Cheyenne's knee and grabbed the baby by the neck feathers. I yelled NO and grabbed him and threw him about 4 feet away snatching baby up. She was fine just missing some baby fuzz and then Severus began attacking Cheyenne...not me but Cheyenne. I jumped between Cheyenne and Severus and handed the baby to her just as Thor came around the corner and took in the scene.
Now I have no idea what went through his rooster mind but what I think happened (because Thor hates fighting and breaks them up immediately) is Thor saw Severus bowed up facing me and he attacked. Thor jumped on Severus and pancaked him flat to the ground and commenced to beating the living crap out of Severus. I told Cheyenne to take baby and go inside the house right now. I started telling Thor it was okay and he was a good boy and leaning closer to the two boys. I had no idea what Thor would do if I intervened but he was on a mission to seriously hurt Severus so I said "Thor, my good boy it is okay" and I reached down to scoop him up. As soon as my hand touched Thor he immediately stopped and held still for me to pick him up and set him down a couple feet away. I grabbed Severus yelling BAD BOY and I chucked him like a underhand softball pitch as far away from me and Thor as I could get him. Thor was still hacked off and went running after Severus but when I called him he stopped and came back to me.
Sooooo since I was the one shoving Severus away and grabbing him off the baby...why did he choose to attack Cheyenne? The only thing I can figure out is that Severus is so low on the totem pole that he attacked the person he could intimidate. I think he somehow knows attacking me would be the last thing he ever did. So, Severus will be looking for a new home I do believe...if he attacks anyone before I can rehome him, it is the crockpot for him.
Very sad day but my Thor is such a good boy and I am so proud of him. He was not aggressive towards the baby at all and he came to my defense. Thor was unhurt because Severus was flat on the ground as flat as a pancake and he could not get any strikes in on Thor because Thor was standing on his shoulders and neck and trying to rip his head off. Bad boy...deserves what he got.
