Ndemerly- markings wise, those are nice pullets. I think the first one is the pullet Doug had at Ohio, but I would have to look at my pictures again. You want to go for a VERY round, bowl shaped underline, and a wide stance between the legs, so the bird is broad. The first hen tail is better - and you want it to be an open triangle when you look at it from behind:
