Looks like a cockerel but sometimes hens will grow there combs out really big i had one white rock hen that i named hcicken with a floppy crown cause it was sooo big it flopped down past her head so maybe hen but maybe cockerel

My little girl is super tiny, probably a runt. I don't see her even getting to be the size of my d'Uccle hen.
