The video reminded me to mention something. If you want to reuse one of those McCormick salt or pepper grinders, you can get the lid off by soaking it in hot water for 10 minutes. Grab each end with a towel, and pull.

I think I have two sets of Moro grinders, but no idea where on earth they are.
