Making that Salisbury steak tonight .. mashed potatoes of course thing beets will rounds ours out

So much yummy yum, so much catching up to do! Glad you missed the worst of Michael @Farmer Connie and @AudieWarren. I've not had much yum of substance recently but I (by 'I' I mean the wifey!) did get around to making @N F C peanut butter cookies!

They are sooo nice! And quick and easy to make!

Penny, how do you fix your beets?

I've never eaten any except when I was a kid...mom used to make Harvard beets and they always tasted too sweet to me.

I take just hard peel off cut them in 1/4 then steam them about 15 minutes
