SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Here I am to Yum-A-Fy the thread with a tasty supper from earlier this evening. I have an eventful day tomorrow and don't know if I will be on so here it is.
Tonight was Blackened Boneless Yard Bird Thighs.
Flat Linguini Noodle with Alfredo Sauce.
Baked Russet Potatoes w/unsalted butter, sour cream & cheddar cheese. And a we bit of Corn Bread.
Got back in from a late critters experience because feeling rough today and slacked off. Well worth the wait.
You have your pix CRYSTAL KLEER. I ALMOST LICKED THE MONITOR. :gig

home made ham & 16 bean soup.. i sautee the meat, onions, celery & carrots while the soaked beans boil a little longer in the pot.. this soup always tastes better after sitting..
is that made from the package of 16 beans at the grocery store? We have made that in the past. It is very delicious with ham and onions carrots celery Etc. But I have to sleep with my dear husband, and it turns him into a backfireing 57 Chevy. Did you know that we are in the middle of Crock-Pot season? And I think I have only used ours once. What is up with that? Maybe some beans stew is around the corner. We do have ham in the freezer after all. First I have to buy a cork for my DH and his exhaust pipe if you know what I mean?:lau:sick

there you go penny, you had to post cookies after we have completely devoured all of ours thanks! What am I to do now? I guess I will have to make more.:wee

This was supposed to be chicken soup. Browned chicken breat, a yellow onion including the skin (removed that at the end) and a head of garlic in some avocado oil. Added celery including leaves, a couple carrots with the skin and a combination of knorr and wylers reduced sodium bouillon. Covered with water, added a few bay leaves and simmered a while.
Asked the dood to put in 1/4 of the noodles. He used way too much and now my soup has no broth :rant
My throat hurts, my ears hurt and my head hurts. Fortunately for him it still tastes good. Stupid flu season:duc

The last 3 days I've had a sore throat, and then about an hour before the contest started this morning at midnight the flu kicked in. I feel awful. So I will be kind of in and out for the next couple days but I'll kick back in on participation as soon as I can. Granted I have the energy.:sick

Good morning everybody hello from the sometime Sunshine State!
Oh no. I missed this. How are you feeling?
