Lunch was a combo plate of whatever was around in the refer.

The Taco shaped thingie was supposed to be a Breakfast Burrito which has Egg. Got overfilled,,,,, so no way to roll it up

Me too! I also like a little cayenne on my eggs. The ladies have been giving me one egg a day & I'm having spicy egg sandwich withdrawls.

Depending on the size of your roast, and your crockpot, add about a cup of water, and a jar of marmalade. I like orange, peach is good too. Of course, the longer you cook it, the more tender it gets.

I made one with apple juice, acv, butter, brown sugar, and thyme. Cooked with onions & carrots
