:bowCome on spring time!:fl
Sorry to hear about the water pipes. I bet that doesn't happen often in FL.
This looks so good ... yum!

Tomorrow:
Slow cooking some Ribs from suckling pig. Real young and at only 75# when processed. Full Berkshire bloodline. Younger, the more tender.
Homemade rub. Will absorb the rub overnight & I will cook these baby's for hours on low heat Friday.
Who knows? Maybe some pixs..:weeView attachment 1240241 View attachment 1240243

SPICE RUB
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika, sweet or smoked
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

I love ribs.

Cayenne pepper is never optional! :lau

Dropped to 19° this morning!!!!!!! :barnie
We left water running this time! Well water is a consistent 72 degrees all year long. Keeping the water slightly running, keeps the pipes warm. But where it drips outside their are ice puddles. But no broken pipes this time. All the animals water dishes are solid frozen. YES.. this is Florida. I thought anyway. Tonight they say it will be warmer.. 31°..:woot
