I have been hyper bizzy the last couple daze.. BUT.. still have yum to share. I will be doing a multi meal post soon.
Preparing the farm for the spring time breeding and finally working on my duck project.. Exciting times..

My bird. Still major overkill. I think I made enough for 30-40. There were 13 of us.

Unfortunately, that's all I got for pics. That's Dh's gluten-free stuffing. The potatoes followed and I couldn't make any of the other food or take pics after my finger incident, so this is all you get.

I did make 4 litres of gravy and had quite a bit leftover! We didn't get the gravy eaten, but we sure gave it a good go.

Thankfully there was lots of food in the side dishes that other people brought, and everyone was stuffed. My sister made a one-pot ham. Very good!

Made a chicken pot pie tonight nothing fancy hashbrowns on the bottom, cheese, chicken, peas, more cheese pie crust

I had issues at the coop this evening (I couldn't get part of it to shut and had to really work on scraping some gunk out so that I could latch it). So, dinner was relatively quick and easy - plus used up some produce that needed used.
