Been an eventful 72 hrs around here. But here is some collective yum..
Ground Sirloin & Berkshire Bacon

Whipped up some seasoning with a bite.

A quick and simple meal multi tasked while babysitting the eggs hatching in the incubator..
At late but not too shabby..

The night before we had left over Pork Shank, homemade Mac/jalapeno/ham/cheese and more fresh made corn fritters. drizzled some SWEET BABY RAY sauce on it.
