I try to make my crusts thin too. We also have the pans with the "bullet" holes. I use parchment paper so it is easier to clean up.

Dinner guests last night..
Duplicated the stir fry from the other night to use up the shank.. This time cut into slivers instead of cubes.

Onions/peppers/seasoning served on long grain white rice. Still a crowd pleasing. savory smoke.

Afterwards we all relaxed in front of the T.V. and watched a movie on HULU.
DH passed around some movie snacks..
