Quick post and I am going off the grid too.. Flood damage control, prepare for the freeze and big feed store run.

Parm & Panko Chicken Breasts, baked red potato/colby chez, blanched frozen corn. Mild cheddar cheese bar..

Tonight's Yum! Inspired by another thread talking about adding eggs to soup. Here is where I got the recipe. I modified it and added chicken to it as well threw in onions, sweet peppers, and spinach. My husband ate 3 bowls!
