I'm not too concerned about it, if it happens it happens and if not I will live to be 100 like my aunt. Dad was 89, the longest living boy in the family, my cousin is now 89, my sister is 79, so I'm feeling ok about things. My Dad is the only one who had Dementia, and I think it was really Jacob Crutchfield disease because it progressed so fast. I never smoked in my life, drink alcohol maybe once a month, sometimes not for months. I don't drink sodas ever, just water mostly and try to eat right. I do like chocolate, that's my biggest downfall! I'm active, my fitbit is usually 7,000 to 10,000 steps on a regular average day! No, I don't want to live without my mind either. Hopefully that's not in the cards for either of us! I married a younger man, men my age are boring! :clap
