I use very little salt here that and sugar added quite sparingly
UCD ran a study on salt and found that salt levels were naturally at a healthy level across the world's population. We need salt to live and not enough salt is more dangerous than too much salt.

We will see a change in this similar to butter and fat in the diet

Dinner here was good lots of flavor Pork loin cooked slow love our gas stove more and more all the time fried garden new potato with Bacon steamed peasView attachment 1847256

Nice looking dinner Penny! I cook with gas at work and electric at home...love cooking with gas! So much faster and easier to regulate.

Yes will try again but with LOTS of pepping up lol. I think it can be as simple as some Worcestershire sauce and crushed red pepper added to the meat mixture. For tonight I'm making some additional sauce and slicing the rolls to simmer in it and warm everything before serving.
