DD came over with the lil ones. They played, while DD and I made some Dyno Chili CHILI,,,, MY WEAKNESS

Pork picnic roast. I'm pressure cooking for a few hours and making shredded pork sandwiches for dinner. I threw an onion in there as well.

Butchered the last of the roosters this morning. Going to quarter and cook the whole legs on the BBQ at some point.

Hot and nasty day deserves a hot and tasty simple & quick yum.. still not done feeding critters. Gunna post and come back in an hour or so...

Butter chip pickles
Nathan's Onion rings deep fried in virgin never used peanut oil.
Don't forget onions on the cow!

I pressure cooked the pork roast for 3 hours, shredded it and added NFCs Sriracha BBQ sauce for sandwiches tonight. It is so freakin good! I have Hawaiian buns with onions
