Last week I completely re arranged the menu to remove beef, pork and other fatty foods. Currently, she cannot have even a little bit of coconut oil, sesame oil and the like. Avocado oil seems to be fine though

My sister had gestational diabetes and really bad gall bladder issues...ended up having surgery only a month before the baby came. I know it's terribly painful. I hope your DW does great after surgery!

I LOVE this stuff! I use it in my disposal once a week and it really helps keep the thing the stinking, especially after processing chickens.
