All my faithful "YUM CAUSE" friends,
I'm so tired that I can't even click a like activator tab. I just wanted you yum cats 2 know I'm not taking you guys for granted. It hasn't dried up here for this long-

since I can remember. So much needed policing & correction is on the table. But good news! correction is cleaning off the table slowly but surly (don't call me Shirley). My Grandma butt is whooped.

Connie We kept it going when you took a powder We love you please understand none of us are willing to drop the thread Now this what my dinner it did not quite get done when the temp said it was so grabbed a skillet BF sliced the roast each piece in the skillet then I poured the liquid into the skillet had used a few seasoning and onion soup tender fall apart in 12 minutes

I pressure cooked the pork roast for 3 hours

With that kind of treatment,,,,,,,,,, I bet that meat was falling off the fork soooo tender

Pork picnic roast. I'm pressure cooking for a few hours and making shredded pork sandwiches for dinner. I threw an onion in there as well.

Butchered the last of the roosters this morning. Going to quarter and cook the whole legs on the BBQ at some point.

I have to wait on pulled Pork until the DW has her gall bladder surgery. It is scheduled for Sept. 25th
