The Shank Ham I believe I posted about searching for and the frozen pizza kept volunteering to be used first.

Coming up on the anniversary of why I left so abruptly.

I had a flash back of ptsd this week. Back in about 1986 The DW and SIL and I were coming back when there was a cabin depressurization in the plane. We went form 30,000 feet to 10,000 feet quickly and oxygen masks came down. We all though be were going to die!

Those memories came flooding back this week when I read about the same thing happening to a plane flying over Florida

I'm going to brine a yard bird for dinner next weekend,

I'm not sure it is possible to brine them
