Thanks! So you brown the turkey first then cover? What is the texture of the skin after it's done?

I personally don't eat the skin but DH likes it and says it's crispy

When I put the foil on, I just kind of drape it over the pan so steam can still escape.

Potato soup with bacon sounds great may have do it during our wet fall days

It's supposed to rain here tomorrow and Tuesday. We'll see Igor picked the soup, I added salads to go with.

The Shank Ham I believe I posted about searching for and the frozen pizza kept volunteering to be used first.
