OMG. I did not expect to his ham to be this good! I got it from a local rancher/farmer who sell grass fed beef and organic pork and chicken. It was smoked, but not so salty. Clearly the best ham I have ever had!
 
Stopped by to see what condition my condition is in.
Obviously still have friends whom don't know how dangerous it can be leaving a candle in the window, when a love one has wondered off. Thanks for the beacon..

I made everyone else white rice
When I make rice, I do like to make it flavored. This is one flavor way I often do. Fast and Easy,,,, no frills and delicious:drool
Quantity I use is one coffee mug 16 oz of rice. and one Taco seasoning. Like below, but have used all different brands with same success:thumbsup

In rice cooker, I use ratio; 1 rice to 1.5 water.
Stove-top, I use ratio 1 rice to 2 water.
Make just white rice also,,, depending what is served with,,, Like chicken:drool
