Goes into oven with all ingredients on. These are Cave Style Tacos:gig (meaning,,, I don't think its a recipe, just something we put together, and make) All ingredients are already cooked,,, Refried beans, meat,(whatever is in refer, diced) Black Beans, other cooked veggies, salsa, and topped with whatever cheese we have,(shredded) Somehow we just skip the GRASS on this version, and eat a side salad.
Into oven at about 350*F for about 15 minutes,(give or take) or until cheese looks melted. All the items are already precooked, so just in oven to heat up:thumbsup
FortCluck, we make these not regularly:idunno, but often:old, and sometimes we skip the meat, if we don't have any on hand. Turns out great with the meat missing. Still :drool:drool:drool

Have been looking into getting an Air Fryer.

When I have Baked Potato, I often like to stuff it with Chili. (especially if I at Wendy's. At home,, I like a dab of Sour cream, or Chili beans without meat. Can you have Sour cream , or Chili beans?
I'm plant based, low salt, and little to no oil. I'm very strict with what I consume unless we have a pizza night, which we do every few months. Even then I try to use minimal stuff even though BBQ sauce has a lot of added stuff in it but in that case I just tell myself it's vegan which makes me be less hard on myself.

If I did chili, I'd make it myself from scratch. Only thing I consume from a can is no salt added veggies and no salt added beans.

I know my eating probably sounds boring and like a headache, but it's worked for me.

When I cook for my family, I put all my rules aside and make them delicious meals.

No,,, its not boring,,, and the MOST IMPORTANT:thumbsup, it agrees with your nutritional requirements.
Yes! I've been loving this way for many years and I dislike going out to eat because usually there's nothing that I can eat besides steamed broccoli or a baked potato, but I'm happy with that.

My favorite thing is when we go to the movie theater before Christmas to go watch Star Wars, the movie theaters butter is vegan. Most people don't know that but it's mostly a bunch of oils mixed all together. So I'll at least be able to enjoy some popcorn with my family when we go see Star Wars.

Plus the movie theater that we go to has a full food menu and they have a black bean burger that's usually vegan.

The number of air fryers is too much for my brain, or I would probably have one. If I were standing in a store, I could make a decision easily. My issue is going online... :th
If you get a chance to go to Walmart.. they have them Cash and Carry ,,, at least at the one by me. Online is where you can find some great deals,,,, but you need to know which one you like.

Thanks! I'm going to make them this way next time. We can add grass and sour cream at the table and it really seems like it will simplify the process. Also, I don't like my tortillas fried unless I'm making chips.
