Ben and Jerry's was the worst. They gave us a few gallons of ice cream and a spoon, and told us they would let us know when they were done unloading us. It took forever, and I had to keep eating. Sooo awful!

I know...but who has time to cook? We're all making cookies! I made Pho last night, but I have posted a photo of that before.

Penny Jo, this is pretty much all the “cooking” I’ve been doing.

We’ve been pulling leftovers out of the freezer or making simple pasta for a week. Making salmon tonight and I’ll post a photo.
