We all make those some of us English muffins lot's of baking but did know there baking thread also I can get you the link ..
This was dinner Tri trip with a new marinade.. Tator tots and broccoli crowns
1 tablespoon black pepper (fresh ground)
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/3 cup flavored vinegar

You posted a few days ago about making that potato sour mix. How do you like it VS regular flour sour starter???? And how does it compare to using yeast, in taste?
It doesn't taste at all like yeast, but a very mild sourdough. I was a bit worried the buns wouldn't hold up to the sauce but they didn't get soggy and soaked it quite well.
