Oh my goodness, I didn’t mean to speak in this thread! Please forgive me for my boring chatter!
It's stressful. I think we all understand.
Dinner here was Salisbury steak mashed potato and carrots was very good
recipe wanted 1/3 a cup of bread crumb thought hmm coat them.. I put the panko on
a paper towel to better coat them.. all turned out great

Since we are home with limited exit to stores, got creative with what to fix for chow.
Lunch; have frozen hot dogs, so out came a package.
and chili is out of can. No buns, so white bread worked just fine.
Dinner; The meatballs were also from our freezer. Tatos and rice from refrigerator. Nuked the combo, and Fresh Toms, and Cukes on the side.
This is all that I could find for dessert; Toasted French bread with Crunchy Peanut butter, and Nutella
