Beer battered onion rings to put in the freezer. They take just a couple minutes to reheat in the air fryer.

Made a couple of bacon, asparagus and cheese quiches. One I cooked, the other is in the freezer.

Deviled eggs. I added dill this time instead of smoked paprika.

My head is pounding!! This five-year-old calls pasta shells with tomato sauce, “pasta.” I was calling it spaghetti (yes, another type of pasta) when repeating it back. She wants a serving of shells and cheese, and a serving of shells and tomato sauce with Parmesan. That took ten minutes (and seven kinds of pasta pulled out of the cabinet) to establish. Then I had to figure out why she was holding a box of shells hostage. I couldn’t be trusted to remember to use two kinds of sauce. I was told to make the tomato one first. We compromised with two pots. Dinner shouldn’t be this hard.

Very interesting using a crumpet crust. Did you use baking powder also?
Did you finish pizza on stovetop, or oven? and curious on thickness of dough. You don't have a pix of cut slice left over by chance??

Just soda, same thickness as the egg sandwich I posted a few days ago. I dd it all in the oven.
No leftovers because Duckling liked it.
