I eat spinach raw, don't care for it cooked much; although lightly sauteed in bacon grease, a crumbled, hardboiled egg sprinkled on top with a dash of vinegar is fantastical.

Used half gallon of vinegar today cleaning my yard swing canvas of tree crap
I only had 1/2 gallon left think I pickled my fingers

I know I'm just a lil late with posting our EASTER dinner. My Internet connection was on and off for whatever cause/reason. (maybe storm/weather related)
DW and I just celebrated Easter without any other family members, but it is obvious why this years. DW still made a great dinner, and we have plenty left to eat next days. Here is play by play.

Do you use pancake batter mix??? or make your own from your ingredients?

Pancakes are from scratch. I just know to add vanilla and a little extra sugar. Bisquick has that tip on the box, and I carried it over to my scratch ones. Even better is vanilla coffee creamer. Skip the milk, vanilla and sugar. Instead, add mostly water, and vanilla coffee creamer.
