I really like salad, and this is the first time I’ve had fresh produce in about... oh goodness, four months?
Lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, ham, cheddar, and Italian dressing.

That looks fresh & yummy! Have you ever looked into Amazon fresh, imperfect produce, or any of those places that deliver?

Amazon doesn’t come out this far. I actually just signed up for Imperfect, and this week was supposed to be the first week. I’m not sure I’ll do weekly, but I’m likely going to use them bi-weekly. Most of the stuff is vegan. Great for some people, but $2 for a cup of yogurt, and $6 for six ounces of cheese is silly. I saw plenty I was going to order had I not finally gone to the store. I went for a quick run in December, and skipped produce expecting to get to the Walmart within the week.

Oh my goodness, this burger was so stinking good! Cooked to medium, seasoned with All Seasoning, Swiss cheese...

I made chicken enchiladas for a few meals.

Also made a pound cake
