I made the most amazing quiche with hasbrown crust, chorizo, red onion, and a delicious cashew cream mixed in with the eggs. (I eat mostly Paleo, so I get excited about cashew cream) I look forward to making quiche with our own backyard eggs once the time comes

Had dinner guests last eve. Pecan seared Chicken and C/S Ribs w/salads. Red potatoes not pictured for some reason.. Getting forgetful these daze.
I hope we don't have surprise guests tonight, cutting into my R&R.
Maybe Mexican 2-nite? I have a pizza in the oven right now. Quick lunch and it is off to the brewery for a load of fresh grain.
Working the garden stuff this morning and pregnant sow busted her water bib. We have to reconstruct it when we get back. No grandson today. Stuff is getting done finally.
Anyone ever stuff their own jalapenos? Going to incorporate them this eve as a side to complement a meal. If we do Mex. It's Mex or fish. Flipping a coin here shortly.
