SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

I made @N F C's pb cake. I knew it was going to be good when the batter tasted like pb fudge!
So, I didn't add any frosting. It is good without it and I am sure it would be good with the frosting too!
I goofed as usual and added the pb to the water instead of the butter, then just decided to add the butter all at once. :D I substituted coconut oil instead of veggie oil, but that was the only change I made (minus the recomended altitude adjutments). I also added chocolate chips.
My cake was a little soft, but I think it is because of the pb mess up. I should have also put it in a regular cake pan, but I love using the bundt pan for cakes.
This is a great recipe. Hubby approved and I definitely will make it again - maybe next time I will make the frosting.
