Hmmm...I've never tried that. I'm not a super fan to drink it, I find the celery overpowering...but I bet it would be extra yummy in a chili. I'm going to try that!!!I have used V-8 juice before. Used grated parm cheese for a thickener.. mushrooms sound really good. I am out at the moment. Excellent idea though.

It gets to hot here to grow. Have tried numerous times but it never thrived.I used to love raw celery as a kid. Now, not so much.I like it cooked though.
