German chocolate pie. This was a small slice as it’s the end of the day slice. I didn’t take any meal pics since I didn’t prepare it. I did make a nice layered salad. So dinner tonight was salad and pie.

Oh my, is everyone else completely stuffed? I didn't even want a snack tonight with my tea! Unheard of! No pictures sorry, but i swear i will the next meal i cook. DH outdid himself tonight!

We had a minor disaster and I was distracted by that so forgot pics, but we were all stuffed!

My granddaughter has an arm in a cast. She and her daddy were playing and she fell and fractured an elbow

I did a small Thanksgiving dinner.
Turkey leg and thigh ready to go into the oven, weighed just under 8 pounds.

Turkey quarter done!

A little creamed corn, I've never made it with frozen corn, always with fresh cut from cob. The frozen worked fine.

Add a little mashed potatoes and gravy and you're all set!

The Pork Belly is now cured...
Tomorrow Hub-ster will fire up the smoker and indirectly smoke/cook it for X amount of hours. Should have been today but nothing ever goes as planned.. lol.
It was flipped over once a day for 6 days (counting 2dae) in the mixture as shown in post #237 .
As always.. shutterbug will provide a photo story book.
