More Yum...
I was playing around w/the BYC gang and missed the beginning..
Grouch Mouse put panko/herbs/peppers/grated parm chez in a bath pan.
deboned rooster thighs and soaked them in "our eggs" slash heavy cream bath w/ paprika etc. Pre heated the oven @400*F
Drained and rinsed a can of pinto beans.. made a sauce he won't comment on.
added brown sugar & a splash of molasses. LOTS OF YELLOW ONION RING SLICES..
Sliced up green onion on a bias from our pot outside. BTW.. if you don't pull it up, it grows right back.. These plants are a couple yrs old.
Unsalted butter in a gashed open baked potato with sour cream/ shreaded cheddar and the green onions.
