just recently i stumbled upon this great tasting mix of cooked spinach & canned spicy black beans, i had them both left over , and mixed them together in equal amounts , I was amazed to find out it was pretty good , other wise it would soon become chicken food...lol.. but it was so good, i made it again tonight as a side dish ....lol... one thing dont forget the butter and a bit of garlic power & some Braggs aminos to taste..! :clap:old :thumbsupso try it, if you like both of those .!!! :highfive::frow:)

Yum! I need a springform pan. I've actually never made a real cheesecake unless you count those jello box ones. Lol

I don't always use a spring form pan. Alton Brown had a show on cheesecake & gave a helpful hint on lining a deep cake pan with parchment paper. Makes it less worrisome with the water bath. (I've had the springform pan leak. Now if I use a springform pan, I place it in a larger dry pan then put that pan in the larger pan 1/2 filled with water.) However, I made the actual cheesecake on his show & didn't care for it.
